Why Many Fitness Programs Don't Deliver What Women Want

Reality Check: Who Do You Really Want to Look Like?

When you think about losing weight, toning up and getting into a bikini this summer, do you dream of looking like Halle Berry in Die Another Day, or like a very muscular female bodybuilder?

For most women, it's an easy choice: Halle wins hands down.

She's slim and toned; yet still has her feminine curves. Few women look more gorgeous in a bikini than Halle does and she certainly isn't ripped like many female bodybuilders are.
Is this really your body ideal?

Fitness Trainers Just Aren't Listening!

Fitness trainers haven't been listening to us women. When we tell trainers that despite all of those squats and lunges, our jeans are getting tight around the thighs, what do we hear?

Or tell them that the men in our lives are starting to get a little jealous because our biceps are starting to get more defined and muscular than theirs are.

They continue to spout, "Women don't have enough testosterone to get muscular."

Bull!

Ever looked at the thighs of a female speed skater or sprinter?

While these athletes are extremely fit and have very low percentages of body fat, they do develop large thighs. They train their legs to develop large muscles because of the explosive power needed to overtake their competitors to be successful in their sports.

For many women, the legs and thighs continue to get bigger, even when the rest of us shrinks. That's a big problem for many women.

When Does a Woman Get Too Muscular?

When a woman feels that she is getting too muscular, it doesn't matter what her trainer thinks. She is too muscular in her own eyes, and that's what's really important.
I've gained it all back!
That's the bottom line--even though she may be in great physical shape, it's not a good feeling when she can no longer slide your muscular thighs into her favorite pair of jeans.

If you feel that you're getting too muscular, you are going to cut back on your workouts and lose all the health and fitness benefits you've struggled to achieve.

All of your hard work will go down the drain, and before you know it, the weight you've worked so hard to lose will start creeping back.

The Problem: Most Fitness Programs Are Targeted to Men!

Most fitness training programs have been designed for men, not for women. Men want huge muscles and don't mind having veiny looking biceps. They don't care about looking great in a pair of designer jeans, or looking elegant in a dress at a formal function.

Most training programs just don't address this issue at all. Most women want to be vibrant, sexy and feminine and look great in their clothes.

They don't want to just be smaller versions of their men. They want to retain their femininity and feel beautiful, whether they are 25 or 65 years old.

Finally, Someone in the Fitness Industry Gets It!

Rusty Moore has designed a program with a woman's real fitness goals in mind: Slimming down and getting toned while making the most of her feminine assets.

He doesn't preach doing endless squats or lunges like most fitness trainers do.

He incorporates lots of cardio into his regimen, which flies in the face of the legions of trainers who want you to just "lift heavy." While resistance training is a major component of Rusty's Visual Impact for Women program, it's not the be all and end all of it.

To follow is a presentation by Rusty where he explains how and why traditional fitness programs have failed many women. There's not a lot of hype here; just good solid information about how Visual Impact for Women can help a many women achieve their fitness and health goals while retaining a sexy, feminine physique.

Visual Impact for Women Explained: How Rusty's Program is Different from the Rest

What You Get With Visual Impact for Women

Visual Impact for Women isn't a typical skimpy e-book. In fact, it's a complete system for fat loss for women and getting a slim, sexy body. It's goal is to create a feminine looking body that is slim and highly toned, yet still keeps your curves intact.

It contains a main guide; a separate fat torching cardio guide; exercise charts that show how to perform individual exercises and handy printable workout charts.

Most women still want to look like women, not like junior versions of men, as their workout goal and Visual Impact gets that.

Workouts for Home and for Gym

Rusty gets that busy women want options. Visual Impact for Women includes workout programs for both gym and home and also provides routines for four-day-per-week programs and three-day-per-week programs.

Diet Matters for Fat Loss

Rusty also teaches how to eat, both what kinds of foods and when to eat them to torch off the excess weight fast. One of the most interesting aspects of the diet plan is to allot allowed caloric intake in a weekly, rather than a daily, fashion.

This allows you to indulge in a dinner out, or to have a glass of wine that would be forbidden on many other programs.

Need to Lose Weight Fast for a Special Event? Rusty Has You Covered

If you have a lot of weight to lose, and only a short time to do it, Rusty devotes a section of his program to that very thing. No, it's not easy, and it's not a magic button, but Rusty can deliver the results you need when you need them if its down to the wire with a combo of hard-core cardio and diet.
